Office Policy
Consultations
A consultation appointment with our Clinician is required before scheduling an appointment for any treatment. Consultations are generally 15 minutes of time with our Clinician and are informational only. If you need to reschedule or cancel, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice. In cases where this is not done, we will ask for a deposit prior to scheduling a future appointment. If you are running late, please contact our office immediately at 949-577-9169 to determine if we will still be able to accommodate your appointment.
Exceptional Service, Care and Facility
When you make your appointment, you have reserved the very highest quality clinician and facility possible. Due to the uniqueness of each individual and treatment, you must call our office to book an appointment. No walk-ins are permitted.
We Do not Overbook or Double Book
You will have a personal appointment just for you. We provide individual appointments with adequate time for personalized service and attention to detail. Unlike offices who schedule 5 patients at a time in different rooms, or have long waiting room times, we strive to schedule only one patient at a time.
You are Given Exclusive Time for your Appointment
Because we care about personalized service for all patients, arriving 10 minutes late or more for an appointment will result in cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment, and a fee will be charged to cover the lost time.
Cancellations
If cancellations or changes are made within the required time frame, no fees are required. Please call 949-577-9169 to reschedule or make a cancellation.
Visitors and Children
Standard industry guidelines do not allow observers in the procedure room. No visitors are allowed in the room during a procedure in an effort for sterile and safe practices.
If desired, you may ask a family or friend to participate during your consultation appointment.
The entire office, including waiting room is not equipped for pets, children or babies. Child care arrangements must be made prior to all appointments or your appointment will be forfeited and rescheduled.
